In today's increasingly interconnected world, there has been a noticeable rise in influence operations, leading to Cyber and Information Warfare (CIW) becoming a highly strategic battleground in recent conflicts.
The European Union and its member states have become prime targets for these influence operations and coordinated disinformation campaigns. EUCINF offers a distinct European approach to address the challenges in the realm of information operations by presenting a reference repository of AI-based configurable applications and an experimental platform. These tools are designed to comprehensively address the digital space's information operation challenges.
EUCINF will also present its capabilities through the implementation of three operational CIW scenarios, and, at the same time, defining specific use cases based on the requirements from the Ministry of Defence (MoD), in full compliance with legal regulations and social expectations. Working in deriving the technical specifications of a European CIW toolbox system from these requirements, EUCINF aims to demonstrate its relevance and effectiveness at the strategic, operational, and tactical levels, as well as in the integrated civil-military cyber and information warfare context.
